TODAY IS THE DAY. Only a few more hours to donate to Sudie PTA’s ONLY fundraiser!  Give a 100% tax-deductible gift today.

Already donated? Consider giving a small amount more to get us to our $100,000 goal?

Remember, this is the Sudie PTA's ONLY fundraiser of the year.

Every dollar counts and goes directly to students, funding things like:

>> Teacher wish lists

>> New technology and arts opportunities

>> field days, parties and dances, special events

>>staff continuing education

>> school beautification

>> creative GT programming and so much more!

It costs $5,619 per student to ensure that teachers and students have the resources they need to have a successful school year.  BUT, if every student can raise $250 we will meet our goal.

Help us support our students and staff. Donations of $500 or more receive a free OktoROARfest ticket!

Sudie Loteria is THIS Saturday!

National Hispanic Heritage Month is from September 15th - October 15th.  It celebrates the histories, cultures, and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South Americas.

This year's theme is Latinos: Driving Prosperity, Power, and Progress in America. It pays tribute to the immense economic and political strides Hispanics have made in the United States. At Sudie we are proud to learn, appreciate and celebrate the rich diversity of our Hispanic and Latino Lions.

This week we highlight two events to celebrate and invite you to participate this Saturday, September 23rd: Sudie Loteria and the 2nd Annual Latinidad Festival in Annette Strauss Square

Please park in BACK of the school where

the gates are open on Catawba Street. See you Saturday!!

Meet Your Grade Level Reps

Did you know that each grade has two parent leads who work to enhance communication and build community? Grade Level Reps are volunteer positions that are coordinated through the PTA to organize grade-level events, assist with field trip support, act as a liaison to the grade-level teacher lead, and organize parent volunteers as needed.

They also play a big part in reiterating important, timely info to make sure it isn't overlooked. This year's grade level reps are listed below. You may recognize their names from posting in your grade level GroupMe. If you ever need clarification on any info, they are a great place to start.

4th: Stephanie Dolph & Kay Wood

5th: Liz Johnson & Elena Richey

6th: Lindsay Goldapp & Nikki Hurston

7th: Melissa Cunningham & Kristine Osborn

8th: Melanie Davis & Kristy Dixon

Bins will be located in the front office, and students are welcome to deliver items to them!

Want to Help On or Off Campus?

Please fill out this Google form to let us know your interest and availability. Your info will be added to a database of helpers and when help is needed we'll contact volunteers on this list first.
