Sudie Tech Night: Digital Safety

Are you a parent feeling lost about your student’s screen time, internet safety, or digital communications?

Does your student really understand the idea of a lasting digital footprint or what online privacy choices really mean? Do you?

Join us for Sudie Tech Night: Digital Safety on Wednesday, March 6th.

Dinner: 5:15-6pm

Program: 6-7:30pm

RSVP by March 4th for FREE dinner provided by PTA!

This event is age appropriate for parents and their 4th-8th grade students. Officer Newsom will be speaking to parents and 4th-8th grade students separately. *Link below to hear Officer Newsom presenting at Coffee with the Principal in January.

Walk away with:

  • a better understanding of our digital world,
  • resources for implementing safety strategies at home (and at school, and at work), and
  • a customizable Family Agreement for formalizing your family’s expectations around safe, healthy technology use.

This is an in-person event. Printed materials and portions of the presentations will be recorded for later distribution.

Parents may come without their student, but students may not come without their parent.

Please RSVP by March 4th to ensure materials are prepared.
