We have finally made it to the last week of the semester! This semester, we have accomplished so much. We've grown as a staff, formed strong connections between our staff, students and community, and strengthened our students' talents and gifts! As we look back over this semester, there are tons of memorable moments that the Sudie community has shared, including:
💙One Act Play that taught us 15 Reasons Not to Put on a Play.
💚Two teachers selected for a TEA STEM fellowship!
💙Three in-person open houses
💚Four dress up weeks
💙Five grade levels growing our students into learners and leaders.
💚Six hundred and 81 dollars raised and >6,000 cans collected for the North Texas Food Bank!
💙Seven(th) grade's field trip to the Holocaust Museum.
💚Eight(h) grade's DC trip (even with the hurdle of the Government shutdown).
💙Nine(ty) four thousand seven hundred and forty-five dollars raised for North Texas Giving Day.
💚Ten days of Sudie Holiday Cheer!
💙Eleven PTA, PTO, and SBDM Board and Membership meetings to connect with our community!
💚Twelve (+) extracurricular competitions to help our students' talents and gifts shine!
This list wouldn't be possible without our amazing community, students, and staff who invest in our campus every day, showing that we are Sudie and we are #1! I truly am grateful to all of our community members who invest countless hours into making our school such a special place. I hope these next two weeks bring you moments of joy, connection and celebration!
